About The Role
We are looking for an ambitious and leading Digital Marketing Specialist to optimise and grow our digital channels, including SEM, Social, SEO, web, email, and more.
As Halter has grown from a small team to over 130 people (and is still growing), it’s time to take marketing to the next level. With our product now ready for sale at scale, and our sales team resourced accordingly, we need to step up our lead generation and nurture programmes. Digital marketing plays a critical role in our marketing strategy, and we believe there is significant potential to do more. We’re looking for a world-class digital marketer who can help us realise that potential to the fullest.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will take ownership of our digital channels and activities, including Google AdWords, Social Media (paid and organic), SEO, our website and more. The ideal candidate for this role has experience running the digital marketing for a high-growth business and has a proven track record of achieving key business goals, in particular lead generation, via digital channels.
At Halter, we’re extremely data-driven, and we are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can demonstrate experience with, and a passion for, data-driven marketing. We believe that successful marketing campaigns are 20% creative ideas and 80% execution and optimising. We are looking for a Digital Marketer who won’t stop once a campaign is in the market and move on to the next. We need someone who knows that campaign launch is only the start and who will spend just as much time (if not more) optimising live campaigns as they do developing new ones.
Furthermore, we have a goal of digitising more elements of our sales process. As such, a high-performing website is key to our success. We would expect the Digital Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our website and develop a methodical programme of tests and changes to ensure our website delivers the best possible results and then work with our Marketing Design Lead to execute those plans.
While this is a digital marketing focused role, we are a small and agile team who work closely together and support each other as needed. That means you will be expected to help out with non-digital activities such as events and PR at times. Therefore, the ideal candidate has a strong passion for and in-depth experience with all things digital marketing, but also has general all-round marketing experience and understands how digital channels fit within a wider marketing strategy.
This will be a fast-paced and demanding role, with exceptional high rewards for the right person. It’s an opportunity to take ownership of a digital marketing programme and put your mark on it. You will be working within a highly motivated, agile marketing team of six (with plans to hire more). As the company grows, there will be opportunities to take on more responsibility, specialise in certain areas or progress your career in numerous other ways.
