Hamilton Glen Hiring for Remote B2B Appointment setter at Remote Full Time

Due to the growth of the company, we are searching for hard-working, driven candidates for our already successful B2B Inside Sales Team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be working from the comfort of your home in a quiet area, you save on the cost of gas prices & any wear and tear on your vehicle.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Making 200-300 calls per day to businesses this is 99.9% cold calling to businesses

• Scheduling 8-10 qualified Appointments per week.

• Conducts calls as directed by the Inside sales manager

• Must be able to follow directives along with the ability to handle change as we schedule appointments for multiple Commercial Cleaning Offices.

• Maintains current and accurate daily records of prospect contact for solicitation and re-solicitation purposes in CRM

PREREQUISITE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EDUCATION:

• Clear and pleasant telephone manner

• 1 year of Cold Calling Business to Business experience is a must.

• Enjoy talking on the phone

• Knowledge of Zoho CRM systems is a plus but not required

• Ability to focus and achieve daily/weekly/monthly objectives

• Ability to take detailed and accurate notes and messages along with following a script verbatim.

• Ability to document detailed and accurate prospect and client information in an electronic database

Shifts Available: 8AM-4:30PM EST, 7AM-3:30PM CST, 6AM -2:30PM MST, & 5AM-1:30PM PST

Work Location: Remote – See Equipment Requirements Below.

• High-Speed Internet you must be able to hard-wire the connection NO WIRELESS

• A quiet area with no distractions

• Windows or Mac computer “NO” Chromebooks

• Computer with camera / or have a webcam (needed for training & meetings)

• USB headset – NOT WIRELESS must be hardwired
