Your tasks:
– Manage office
– Bookkeeping
– Organize files
– use Microsoft Excel and Word to make spreadsheets and documents
– Greet newcomers and show them where to go
Experience :
– Accounting experience (3 years minimum)
– Sage 50 (1 year minimum)
– Microsoft Word and Excel
Skills :
Good organizational and bookkeeping skills, management skills, Good French and English communication and written skills
Education requirements :
University educated (Accounting or Business Management)
