ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for our next superstar to join our brand and be our next Store Manager at our Lynn Mall Bras n Things store!

This is a full time position at 40 hours/week on a fixed term contract until the 27/2/2022.

Our Store Managers are outgoing, caring, compassionate, hardworking and dedicated. They have a passion for creating and fostering teams who can provide Customers’ with positive experiences, having their Customers’ leave feeling confident, beautiful and wanting to return!

DUTIES/EXPERIENCE

• Leading by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help them to deliver on team budgets and KPIs
• Succession planning your team to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity when the time comes
• The execution of Visual Merchandising in-store and ability to use your own discretion to make commercial decisions
• Understanding of Stock Management processes and can prioritise tasks
• Previous experience coaching and providing on the spot feedback with your team
