We are currently searching for an experienced residential real estate Title Abstractor to join our growing team! This key Real Estate Counsel position requires an understanding of residential real estate transactions and all aspects of the title search process. This Charlotte, NC based position is remote optional, and the candidate must possess a high degree of autonomy and the ability to work independently. Ideal candidates will be highly intelligent, hard-working, creative, results-driven and confident in their abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Detailed and thorough completion of each assigned title search
• Adherence to all applicable firm title search policies and procedures
• Clear communication to government officials if necessary to acquire documents

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of real estate document experience preferred
• Proven ability to analyze, prioritize and execute multiple projects and complex tasks under a deadline
• Ability to analyze documents and to provide effective summaries of results
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
