What will you do every day?
You will actively prospect clients, build relationships, pitch and demo the solution, advocate value to the client, and close business. The ideal candidate will be able to “hit the ground running” and is capable of driving sales of Haptik products to marketing and service leaders in the U.S. You will report into the SVP, Revenue & Partnerships.
Ok, you’re sold, but what are we looking for in the perfect candidate?
Identify, prioritize, and close new clients to meet our revenue and gross profit targets. Focus attention on the highest priority accounts that are aligned with our strategy.
You will be responsible for achieving your business targets and also contribute to Haptik’s overall growth in North America.
Own end-to-end sales funnel for the client, from the initial introduction to doing demos, use-case identification and solutioning, and agreement closure.
Build a healthy pipeline on your own prospecting and working with our outbound lead generation team
Prepare sales proposals, RFPs, agreements, and sales collaterals to ensure timely sale closures
Demonstrate high account management standards to ensure customer satisfaction
Represent Haptik at industry events, trade shows, and meetings with partners & potential clients
Requirements*
Minimum 3+ years SaaS sales experience with a demonstrated record of success.
Meets the values of Haptik – having entrepreneurial DNA, high aptitude, and perseverance.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong presentation skills.
Experience selling business value at the C-level.
Experience selling successfully to mid-market and/or Fortune 1000 companies.
Strong team player and ability to collaborate at all levels of an organization.
Ability to travel 25%+ of the time.
