Harper Smith Recruitment Looking for Commercial Estimators & Quantity Surveyors – Bay of Plenty at Tauranga Central, Bay of Plenty Full Time

We are currently recruiting for Quantity Surveyors across commercial, residential & interiors,  Senior to 1 or 2 years + experience.

I work for the best operators in the BOP. You will work amongst a wider team of construction experts to prepare and present submissions and tenders for projects ranging from multi-story apartments, mid – high end residential, large interior fit out projects through educational and sporting facilities, retail developments and industrial sites.

To be considered for this role you will need:

– A minimum of 1-2 years’ solid experience – 10 + years in a QS or estimating position with experience in New Zealand highly preferred.
-Pre-construction tender analysis with a history of successful tenders and tender      care
-Experience in updating project budgets & forecasts
-Preparation, settlement of certification of progress claims and final contract claims  with clients, consultant and subcontractor
-Experience on estimating software is an advantage.
