Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Checks documents for accuracy.
Verifies data and correct data where necessary.
Obtains further information for incomplete documents.
Enters data from source documents into computer database a minimum of 250 or 300 instruments per workday.
Checks completed work for accuracy.
Make sure all data remains secure.
Performs other duties as assigned at the discretion of the Director or Assistant Director.

Must take the HRRM Clerical Skills Test and score a minimum 50 wpm with 90% accuracy and 80% accuracy on the clerical skills test.

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Minimum of Six (6) months of work experience in an office setting.
Superior data entry skills.
Basic computer skills, i.e. Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to work as a team player and work well with others.
Ability to work overtime and work flexible hours as required.
