Law Firm seeking bankruptcy paralegal with at least one year experience as a bankruptcy paralegal with a law firm. The position is to manage bankruptcy cases in the Northern District of Alabama and some family law cases in Eastern Alabama. Responsibilities include preparation of and filing of legal documents in family law matters, maintaining case files, bankruptcy case management with Best Case software, and answering telephones. Must have experience handling bankruptcy matters.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour
