We are now looking for a pro-active Nursery Room Leader who is passionate about working with children to come and join out warm and welcoming team

Role: Nursery Room Leader

Salary: up to £24,000 per annum

Contract: Perm|40 hours per week| Mon-Friday

Location: Harrow

The role:

• As a Nursery Room Leader you will be working closely with the Nursery manager in providing the highest standard of compliance, care and education for children, and effectively manage daily operations of the nursery, including positive partnerships with staff and parents
• To plan and work closely with the Nursery team in ensuring the children receive high quality of learning and development.
• You will support and lead the nursery Practitioners and Nursery Assistants to work together with key children’s specific needs and requirements.
• As a Nursery Room Leader you will maintain and promote a safe, clean, and healthy environment.
• Adhere to all Nursery policies and procedures
• As a Nursery Room Leader you will have the opportunity to progress into a senior role

Essential Criteria – Qualifications/Experience:

• Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification – Essential
• Have over 1 year’s experience working in Early Years – Essential
• Sound knowledge of Ofsted expectations to achieve a Good or Outstanding rating – Desirable
• Knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements – Essential
• To have experience leading and supporting a nursery team
