Hart Heating & AC Hiring for Customer Service Representative – Work from home at Remote Full Time

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to help us with providing support to our customers during the company after-hours and on the weekends. This is a “work from home” position following initial onsite training in Lubbock, TX. This is a wonderful opportunity to start developing a career while in the comfort of your home!

Position Summary: Answer the phones, and provide clients with excellent customer support with enthusiasm, empathy, and attention to detail. Set up appointments. Act as a liaison between clients and service technicians. Make accurate entries into systems and logs.

Work Hours: 5 pm to 10 pm Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Saturday & Sunday – this is a 100% remote position!

Pay Scale: $14-16 per hour DOE

Qualification Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least a year of customer service experience
• Outstanding customer service oriented, sense of urgency, and a high level of personal integrity
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer focus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and priorities concurrently
• Technical savviness
• Proficiency with MS programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to problem solve, think quickly and multi-task
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a stickler for attention to detail
• At ease on the phone with both outbound and incoming calls
