This is a Full Time – entry level Administration role in our Wairau Park store.

This role is not directly customer facing but you are the first point of call for customers contacting the store – be the voice behind the telephone!

You will:

• Answer all incoming telephone calls in a friendly, polite and helpful manner
• Complete Reception Duties – such as stationary and uniform orders, internal mail distribution
• Complete daily and monthly reconciliations
• Maintain an exceptional filing system, including emails
• Provide accurate and efficient support in all areas of administration as required

The skills and experience you’ll need to bring with you include:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate, including Microsoft Office with some basic excel knowledge
• Be well organised and able to multitask
• Having an eye for attention to detail
• Taking the initiative at any opportunity
• Good sense of humour, full of positive energy, approachable and able to work well as a team member
