This role is customer focused, working Monday – Friday from our head office in Manukau. Additional weekend days may also be required along with public holidays throughout the holiday season.

Experience within the retail industry or sales would be advantageous, however the main attributes we are looking for are:

• Pride yourself on your customer service by assisting our customers to find the answers to questions and help them to make informed decisions
• A passion for customer service and the latest products and services (although training will be provided to keep you on the forefront)
• Excellent communication, understanding, with an emphasis on written English, are super important to align customer’s expectations and needs
• Flexibility across trading hours including public holidays when required, and late-night trades.
