Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented, part-time Community Coordinator passionate about building a community across our social media platforms. This hybrid role supports day-to-day community management and is responsible for interacting with our audiences and creators while representing Haus Labs’ tone of voice.

Our ideal candidate is organized, has clear communication skills and goes above and beyond in every interaction.

What You’ll Do

• Execute meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of community management, delivering accuracy and consistency in all replies
• Build meaningful interactions with the community by responding to all mentions, comments, tags, and DMs across all Haus Labs social channels
• Actively engage throughout the day with tagged UGC from our followers and creators
• Interact with questions on the Founder’s social posts that are brand-focused along with engaging on select posts
• Request best-in-class UGC for organic repost rights through Dash Hudson along with saving content utilizing the bookmark feature on Instagram and TikTok
• Repost to TikTok high-quality content from followers and creators that tagged Haus Labs
• Monitor all social platforms to stay on top of community sentiment and discussions
• Assist with briefing asset needs for Instagram and Instagram Stories for new launches and always-on core
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to build out the monthly social calendar aligning with 360 marketing plans
• Responsible for coding links for .com promotions and new product launches
• Conduct competitor analysis and research when requested
• Have a keen understanding of when to escalate issues and when to troubleshoot promptly
• Escalate issues and concerns seen on social to the Customer Service and Ecomm team in a timely manner
• Respond promptly and effectively to community questions, comments, and feedback
• Maintain flexible working hours, including availability during evenings and weekends, to address community needs and engagement
• Attend social brainstorms and be responsible for sending recaps out to the team
• Be an expert on the latest social media trends, providing recommendations on ways for the brand to interact with the community

What We Are Looking For

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, detail-oriented with excellent follow-through abilities, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and efficiently work with vendors and internal departments while prioritizing workload
• Required: Bachelor’s degree
• 2-3 years of industry experience in community management or a related field
• Passionate about makeup, skincare and the beauty industry
• High proficiency in all social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, Threads, Pinterest, etc
• Proficient at written and verbal communication, able to customize messages for different audiences and platforms
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Must be willing to monitor social channels periodically after work hours and on the weekends
• Experience with Dash Hudson is a plus!
