Hauser is looking for an enthusiastic E-commerce Sales Advisor to come grow with us working out of our head office in Waterloo. This position will work with our online sales platform via zoom, email, and our live chat feature. This position is right for you if you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are self-motivated, charismatic, and highly organized. 

What would you be doing?

• Assist with creating new customer opportunities;
• Sell furniture and home décor via Zoom, email, and live chat;
• Negotiate and close sales while providing excellent customer service;
• Provide customers with design advice;
• Develop and maintain strong and trusting customer relationships; and
• Under the direction of Senior Managers, work on other projects as required.

What do you bring to the role?

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales role; 
• Familiarity with shopify, live chat and zoom, considered an asset;
• Have knowledge of and a passion for furniture and décor;
• Self-starter with enthusiasm to grow within a company;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to work well as part of a team and is outgoing, versatile and charismatic;
• College or University education in Sales, Business, or other related field, considered beneficial; and
• Advanced computer skills including; Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel.
