Job Description Summary :
The HR Fellow supports the HR team across a range of functions and projects. The purpose of the position is to gain exposure to all facets of HR, thereby increasing one’s overall HR capabilities.

Job Description :

• Onboard new hires: conduct weekly orientation, review and process paperwork, send welcome emails, and ensure a smooth onboarding process
• Assist with general customer service to our employees by answering questions regarding benefits, PTO, company policies, etc., effectively fielding requests from employees
• Onboard/off board employees: process terminations, conduct exit interviews to identify trends and issues, and provide quarterly reporting to HR team on turnover and trends
• Assist with the hire, promotion, salary increase and transfer process of employees
• Participation in company recruitment fairs, industry events, and maintain related team calendar
• Assist with network-wide projects and initiatives as needed
• Filing, photocopying, processing expenses, and other duties as assigned
• Solid understanding of company policies, vision, values and structure
• Additional responsibilities as assigned
