Haver & Boecker USA Hiring for Data Entry Specialist at Conyers, GA Full Time

Haver & Boecker USA is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to support our Logistics, Assembly and Procurement departments! The ideal candidate has excellent computer skills, previous data entry experience, and a high level of detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Enter data into SAP
• Check order confirmations and data lists for accuracy and compare with information in SAP system
• Scan documents and attach files to the appropriate transactions in SAP system
• Continuously enter new information into the database to keep system current
• General supportive administrative duties as needed
• Other duties as requested

Requirements:

• Exceptional computer skills (MS Office – specifically Excel, SAP)
• High level of detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines
• Advanced organizational and prioritization skills
• Proficient English communication skills, second language would be an asset (Spanish, German)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
