Here at Hayfield Manor Hotel, Cork City’s only 5* Hotel are seeking enthusiastic F&B Supervisors to join our Orchids and Perrotts Restaurant teams.

Orchids Restaurant, our Fine Dining Restaurant, prides itself on exceptional food, unique surroundings with personal service!

Perrotts Restaurant, has a distinct atmosphere and bright airy décor, is a favourite with Guests and Locals alike.

We are looking for supervisors to lead the teams and share all that we have to offer with our guests from all over the world!

As F&B Supervisor you will be responsible for:

• The smooth running of Orchids or Perrotts Restaurant on a day to day basis with effective communication within and between departments
• Lead service across all service offerings (breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, private dining)
• Liaise daily with the executive kitchen team to discuss specials and food availability, and ensure this is communicated to the team.
• Ensure a complete knowledge by the team of food and beverage service techniques, all menus and specialties offered in the restaurant and served to correct standards
• Positively promote sales awareness within the department and maximise sales opportunities.
• Actively champion and promote guest satisfaction. Share results and feedback regularly with the department and identify opportunities to improve service levels.

• Someone with previous supervisory experience within a food & beverage environment
