Your new role
Due to organic growth within the business, the need for a Project Manager is needed to come join an existing team where together you will work on securing and delivering the branches upcoming and existing projects. Being based in Alexandra, you will be working in a collaborative manner and you will be supported and encouraged by the management team around you and in turn you will support those less experienced under you.

Culture fit is vital to this business, so being down to earth and open to an alternative way of thinking will ensure you are successful in this role!

What you’ll need to succeed
This role ideally will see someone who is very much hands on and has a broad construction industry knowledge.

• Effectively lead your team on site including Site Manager and Quantity Surveyor to ensure the projects costs & productivity are at their highest
• Manage stakeholder & client relationships
• Develop and deliver Safety, Management, and Quality Assurance Plans
• Have a proven track record in delivering a project through its full life cycle

A proven background for multiple projects is required as well as having excellent communication and organisational skills and strong business acumen. Working to the highest standard of excellence you will be a manager who also believes in also supporting and developing their team.
