Your new role


The Strategic Projects team are looking for a full stack developer to contribute to the team. A key part of the role is working as part of the team on high visibility enhancements to new and existing products that support business operations. This includes designing and building REST APIs using a microservices approach, building out new features, helping to simplify complex legacy business tools. There are also opportunities to cross skill in front end tools for team members.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Java Spring Boot API development
• Maintain unit test coverage at a high level
• Maintain and enhance existing Java code
• Database enhancements
• Maintain and enhance HTML templates
• Developing and testing code with Java 11+
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot framework
• Debugging and resolving technical defects
• Excellent written and verbal communication in professional English
• Ability to collaborate with and work as part of a team environment
• Extensive experience in test automation
• Experience with SQL
• Experience with HTML
