Your new role

You will be responsible for the development, administration and ongoing evolution of the Enterprise Service Management platform (ServiceNow) to support the continuous improvement of service delivery and innovation. You will demonstrate personal leadership in your area of expertise and promote delivery on the IT strategy.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience in ServiceNow administration and development, preferably with System Administrator and/or Implementer certification in ServiceNow
• Demonstrated experience working within information technology services in a large, complex organization preferably in the context of a best practice framework such as ITILV3 with foundation certification
• Previous experience in ServiceNow workflow automation and configuration of discovery tools, APIs, ServiceNow workflows, UI Pages, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, Security Rules, JavaScript, AngularJSA, JSON, and Aax scripting in ServiceNow.
• Demonstrated exposure to an experience in adherence to software development life cycle best practice frameworks and principles as they relate to ServiceNow
• High level interpersonal, communication (oral, written, listening and presentation), teamwork and customer service skills and a demonstrated record of willingness to develop and implement customer-focused solutions.
• The successful candidate will be a good collaborator with demonstrable experience in negotiating outcomes with colleagues and other teams where the outcome impacts areas outside own area of control. Able to work with a considerable degree of autonomy
• Sound practical knowledge of relevant best practice frameworks including Software Development Lifecycle and project management methodology
