Your new role

You will be tasked with:

• Guiding an Agile team development (mobile development squad) towards successful project delivery.
• Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.
• Adhere to high-quality development principles whilst delivering solution on-time and on-budget.
• Provide technical leadership through coaching and mentorship.
• Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing optimum practices and habits.
• Drive application and process improvements.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Extensive experience working in a full stack role with modern frameworks, preferably building applications from scratch.
• Demonstrated experience with Node JS, Typescript and AWS Server-less architecture
• Are flexible and thrive working across different languages and technologies
• Experience with an automation testing framework (Appium/Selenium/Cypress)
• Experience with CI CD Pipeline, preferably Azure DevOps
• Experience working in a product delivery environment
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Experience working within a microservices architecture environment
• Have a support what you build mindset, ensuring we have the right amount of quality and production monitoring and sharing operational support responsibilities
• Have a positive attitude with a sense of initiative, strong work ethic and passion for software craftsmanship and engineering practices
