Hays Looking for Christmas Casuals – Vodafone retail at Manukau, Auckland Full Time

Vodafone are looking for multiple people to join their Retail Stores during the busy Xmas Season, working alongside our Customer Champions across stores in South Auckland: Sylvia Park Shopping Centre, Westfield Manukau city, Manukau Supa Centre and Botany Downs Mall.

• 7-weeks full time Temporary work available
• 28th November start date
• 40 hours per week

Working with our Customer Champions you will be responsible for:

• Delivering a high standard of customer experience by responding to customer interactions and identifying appropriate solutions
• Organisation and cleanliness of workspace
• Making a positive impression with the customer through every interaction
• Actively contributing to knowledge sharing and learning across the team to resolve more customer enquiries first time

Our ideal candidate is customer obsessed in mindset with excellent communication skills. You’re a logical thinker, flexible in attitude and who is curious and driven to help customers as the core of what you do.

Ideally you will have:

• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• Proven ability to determine priorities, to meet or exceed customer requirements and expectations.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
• An appetite to learn, develop and grow
