Hays Looking for Office Manager at Wellington, Wellington Region, New Zealand Full Time

We are working with a small, family run business who are looking for a fantastic Office Manager to join them on a full time basis. You will be joining a small team that work collaboratively in the office. This is a permanent role that will be based in the Lower Hutt office which has the bonus of on site parking.

Your new role

This is an extremely varied role that requires an individual to support the day to day administrative duties for the organisation. As well as taking on the Office Management and Administration duties, you will also be responsible for processing staff payroll, processing invoices and assisting with inventory. There will also be elements of Accounts Payable and Receivable in this role as well as responding to incoming queries.

What you’ll need to succeed

We are looking to speak to candidates who can demonstrate experience of a similar role with exposure to the Accounts elements. Attention to detail will be key, along with the ability to juggle a varied workload.
