Your new role

As one of the project coordinators, you will implement, maintain, and monitor company systems and processes on project sites, and provide support to the Project Lead (Project Director/Manager) and the Project Team to meet contract/project requirements, internal requirements, and goals. Provide professional advice and report on project performance. Responsibilities include;

• Implementing, maintaining and monitoring electronic management systems
• Managing all project communications and documentation
• Communication with clients, consultants, Sub-contractors and local authorities
• Reporting on project status
• Quality Assurance of documents
• Recording and distribution of all meeting minutes
• Collating documentation

What you’ll need to succeed

• 2-3 years of project coordination/ administration experience
• Positive drive and energy
• Be a great team player
• Experience with Procore/Aconex would be an advantage.
• Experience in construction space
• Attention to detail
• All applicants must be a NZ citizen or resident
