This role is perfect for a Junior Project Manager or Senior Project Coordinator who is ready to dive into a Project Manager role!

• You will work on various projects and tasks alongside a very driven and supportive team
• Responsible for coordination of project management activities, resources, equipment and information
• Provide administrative support to the team including organising face-to-face and online consultations, preparing budgets, updating Promapp process and ensuring staff members stay in scope
• You will regularly meet with the Project Lead to look over Gantt Chart/Timelines, making retroactive changes to the project plan and ensuring key milestones are on track

What you’ll need to succeed

• Project Management Experience or come from a Senior Project Coordinator background managing project plans
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Able to develop monthly status reports, project plans and Gantt charts
• Proficient using MS Projects
