Banking Customer Service – 6 month initial contract – Ashbourne Co. Meath

Your new company

You will be working for one of Irelands leading Banks who offer a full range of personal, business and corporate banking services. This company are currently seeking a Banking Customer Service Representative to join their growing team in Ashbourne.

Your new role

As a Bank Official you will assist customers in new account openings. You will help assist with any queries, account openings and self-service machine enquiries. You will provide excellent customer service to ensure each customers visit goes as effortlessly as possible whilst leaving a lasting impression. As this is a customer facing role, you would ideally have excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.

What you’ll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills. They should also be able to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. Previous retail and cash handling experience is preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites being an advantage but not essential. This role would suit a person who is interested in career progression.
