Are you an experienced Executive Assistant seeking an exciting new challenge? My client, a multinational company that is a market leader in its field yet maintains a strong focus on trading ethically is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO to join their team on a full time permanent basis based in their North Dublin Office.
Your new role
As the Executive Assistant you will be working to support the CEO of the company. This will involve extensive Diary Management and coordination of meetings and appointments. You will assist the CEO in preparation for meetings and taking minutes in meetings as required. You will find yourself handling correspondence to include incoming post and emails prioritising and responding as appropriate, bring information to the attention of the CEO or senior management as necessary while also maintaining the filing system and company records for the CEO.
In this role you will be responsible for all travel arrangements and accommodation requirements and act as main point of contact for internal and external queries. Through your work you will be establishing appropriate relationships and maintaining current relationships that will enhance and expand business opportunities, you will also be tending to other Ad hoc duties as required
What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have at least 3 years experience working as an EA at director level and have advanced MS Office skills particularly in Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. You will be highly skilled at diary management with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. You will be results driven and ideally have experience working in a multinational organisation. The office is based in North Dublin but is not easily accessible by public transport so access to your own transport would be essential for this role.
What you’ll get in return
You will be paid a salary of up to €55,000 and you will have a death in service benefit alongside access to an employer pension contribution scheme after 12 months service. You will also have the opportunity to work with a CEO of a large MNC and have opportunities for progression and growth. While the role will be predominantly office based there would be some degree of flexibility when it comes to hybrid working when logical to do so.
