Your new company
One of Ireland’s leading M&E Contractors that have been undertaking CSA works for the past couple of years require a Mechanical Supervisor for a roles on Data Centre project based in Amsterdam. They are known for getting repeat business from their data centre clients.
They are on course to have a turnover of €1bn in 2022 and have projects secured in both Ireland and Europe until the end of 2025. They are known to be a good company culture and are developing into a tech type company, heavily invested in BIM, CIPD etc

Your new role
Supervisor’s scope of works:

• Check daily safety paperwork filled by subcontractors.
• Read drawings and plan works.
• Coordinate subcontractors works with other departments.
• Make sure works are done in a safe manner.
• Check that installation on site is done as per design.
• Snagging installation and manage subcontractor to close out snags.
• Fill out quality inspections sheets of the equipment and systems.
• One supervisor is usually responsible for 2 systems. For example – sprinkler and plumbing or ventilation and cooling, etc.

What you’ll need to succeed
The candidate will come from a relevant trade background. The successful individual will have 10-15 years of experience in the industry, with a minimum of 5 in supervisory capacity.
You will also need to have good knowledge in ventilation, cooling, plumbing, and sprinkler systems.

What you’ll get in return
This is a permanent position and will have the normal Amsterdam subsidy/benefit package. A very competitive salary, above market average will be paid. For individuals based outside of Netherlands, the company will be organizing flights for rotation and accommodation whilst they are working abroad
