Your new role
You will be part of a the property management accountant team of 4 and will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks including preparation of management accounts for clients, monthly management reporting, monitoring monthly and quarterly budgets including budget v actual reporting, service charge audits, VAT returns, statutory account prep and ad-hoc projects.

What you’ll need to succeed
You will be a newly qualified accountant looking to make the first move to industry from practice, experience in audit role will be beneficial, but candidates who qualified through industry experience would also make an excellent addition to the team. Strong excel experience is required. A positive attitude and a social nature will fit in really well with the team and company culture. Experience of Yardi would be brilliant, but is not an essential requirement. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is a desirable trait for this role.
