  Contract Type; Permanent, full time, 37.5 hours

  Shift Days; Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday.
• Salary range: £49,545 – £55,505

The Role

In this role you will ensure the Theatre team is supported in maximising their potential in the Perioperative environment. This will be through facilitating and assessing of competencies, identifying learning needs gaps and putting structures in place to meet those learning needs. Specific responsibilities of: staff education, audit, implementation of best practice and incident review.

Skills & Experience

An expert within the perioperative environment with previous educational experience and a proven track record of managing change.

• Be in possession of a first level degree/equivalent experience
• Be in possession of relevant post registration perioperative or education qualification.
• Have a minimum of 5 years post graduate experience working in the perioperative environment.
• Have a minimum of 1 years’ experience of working in an educational role
