HeadQuarters Looking for HR Operations Specialist at Ciudad de México, México Full Time

At the moment, we are in search of an HR Operations Specialist to help us secure a smooth employee experience and compliant work environment by continuously improving operational effectiveness, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing employee data efficiently.

Position Overview

As an HR Operations Specialist, you will lead initiatives to streamline operational processes, ensure legal compliance, and support day-to-day employee transactions. From managing HRIS data to facilitating effective onboarding, your role is integral to creating a positive employee experience and contributing to the continuous growth and development of Employee Success policies and practices.

This is a full-time (8 working hours per day) role.

The shift for this role is 9am – 5 pm PST.

Key tasks encompass the following:

• Manage accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS by processing employee data changes in a timely manner
• Organize and maintain proper and accurate employee documentation (contracts, annexes…)
• Administer the Employee Success IT systems and tools and ensure their compliance with organizational rules, policies, job requirements, and legal regulations.
• Maintain and update the HQ Notion Hub, ensuring all policies and essential HR information are accurate and curren
• Ensure error-free processing of day-to-day employee transactions and inquiries – while maintaining a positive experience for our employees
• Ensure timely payroll by preparing, collecting, verifying, and delivering accurate and timely data
• Lead effective and smooth onboarding processes in collaboration with our Employee Experience Specialist; conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding processes
• Prepare and distribute regular Employee Success related reports and generate standard and ad-hoc reports utilizing analytic tools to derive insights
• Coordinate and manage employee gifts and anniversary celebrations, ensuring timely and thoughtful recognition of milestones
• Manage time and attendance records including tracking working hours

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role – with emphasis on managing high volume sensitive data, as well as utilizing it towards generating meaningful reports; creating and implementing structure across various domains(generating systems, procedures,…)
• Familiarity with labor law, data protection, and compliance will be considered an advantage
• Strong detail orientation and precision in work
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; willingness to provide an exceptional experience to our employees
• Proactive approach to work and the ability to take initiative when needed
• Passion for learning and personal development.
