Health Advocates Network is hiring a Customer Service Representative with at least 5 years of recent experience! This is a full-time contract position at a nationally recognized hospital located in Los Angeles, CA.
- Pay Rate: $20.50/hour
- Shift: Days (8hrs) 9:30 am – 6:00 pm
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- COVID Vaccine Required – Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
Job Responsibilities: Customer service representative needed for the Lobby Services department. Main duties will be visitor management (vaccination/test verification and badging), patient triaging, patient escorting, patient/visitor/staff/vendor wayfinding, COVID screening (temp reading, symptom checks, mask distribution), and wheelchair loan.
Customer Service Representative Qualification and Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum 5 years related experience required
- Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office Applications?
- Other certifications may be required.
