The NWP is a new service being developed to transform a patchwork of legacy website technologies, with no consistent user experience, into a modern digital experience platform, enabling more responsive and flexible customer service.
The platform will aim to connect our many varied professional, trainee and public users (health & social care professionals and trainees, policy & decision makers, researchers and academics) with the HEE services and information they need for the progression of their own training, and for the delivery of excellent healthcare and health improvement to the patients and public of England.
This job description is not exhaustive and may change as the post or the needs of the service develop. Such changes will be subject to consultation between the post holder and their assignment manager and, if necessary, further job matching or evaluation.
Please refer to the essential/desirable criteria listed below to assess whether you will be a good fit for this post.
The post holder will work closely with the National Website Platform (NWP) service delivery team, subject matter experts, content and marketing teams to enhance user experience and improve performance of digital products and services.
The post holder will be expected to be flexible and will likely be required to work across the many different areas of Health Education England as business priorities and demands change.
Remote working within the UK is permissible, with the occasional team meetings at one of HEE’s offices.
