Health Quality and Safety Commission Looking for Senior Advisor – Patient Survey Programme at Wellington Central, Wellington Full Time

The Health Quality and Safety Commission (the Commission) is seeking to recruit a Senior Advisor, Patient Survey Programme in the Health Quality Intelligence team (HQI).

This position will work with the Assistant Director, HQI and team to design and develop a national patient reported outcome measures (PROMs) survey programme. The role will also support the team to implement the broader survey programme plan and support Commission work in relation to this.

The successful person will have expert knowledge of survey methodology, have strong research skills, including expertise in survey sample and study design. Statistical skills such as designing and executing significance testing standardisation, weighting and normalisation of data are also important.

The Commission is a stand-alone Crown entity with a Board responsible to the Minister of Health. The Commission is responsible for assisting providers across the whole health and disability sector, both private and public, to improve service safety and quality and therefore outcomes for all those who use these services in New Zealand.
