Patient Assistant/coordinator sought for Health Solutions Chiropractic & Wellness Center

Full-time position available immediately for the right candidate. This is not a nursing position for a medical facility. We are looking for an incredible communicator with great social skills and who has a strong desire to help people obtain better health through natural lifestyle changes.

This position is multifaceted.

Scheduling patients, keeping patients on track with their recommended treatment programs, promoting healthy living classes, medical billing, collections, recalls, paying invoices with quick books, coordinating office flow, performing some basic tests on new patients, coordinating office flow, following up with advertising leads, and following through and helping patients stay on track with their health programs. Some background in sales, marketing and /or enrollment is a bonus but not a requirement however a nice smile, great attitude and the ability to communicate is essential! The position requires a professional attitude with attention to detail. Typical hours are Mon – Thurs: 8:00 – 6:00, Fri: 9:00 – 2:00… with some flexibility. Position will include complete training and apprenticeship to our program, as well as benefits from working in a wellness office.

Location: Cheyenne, WY

Compensation: $12/hr during training/probation period (there is homework!), as soon as the job can be performed at 100% and you can function as a productive member of our team without hand-holding then a salary of $31,200/yr begins immediately (approx $15-17/hr) Bonus system is in place to reach up to $40k/yr (about $20/hr) if benchmarks are met.
