Be responsible for goods inwards, ensuring accurate recording of parts receipted in a timely manner on the relevant systems in line with KPIs.
Be responsible for outward bound parts ensuring accurate recording of parts being returned to suppliers or sent to others within the organisation in a timely manner recording relevant details on the IT systems in line with KPIs.
Work with Internal Engineering team to complete stock takes and cycle counting in a timely manner and in line with relevant KPIs. Report on and correct any cycle count or stock location issues weekly.
Maintain the storeroom and the allocation of space for stock in a tidy and presentable manner at all times.
Liaise with Service Engineers to provide required parts as requested.
Work with Internal Team Lead to maintain shelf stock levels in line with usage ensuring min and max levels are regularly reviewed to ensure parts availability for regularly required parts.
Review non-moving and aged stock regularly to ensure stock rotation.
Work with External Service Team as required to provide parts if available within a timely manner.
Take reasonable precautions to protect own safety and that of others.
Manage, record & track quality issues in an appropriate and timely manner.
Work with Internal Team Lead to review processes and procedures to ensure any possible improvements are implemented in a timely manner.
Work as part of our Engineering purchasing team; liaising with suppliers, customers, and the service department within Healthcare21 where required.
Reporting:
Generate weekly report on Cycle counts and corrective actions if any.
Generate weekly report on all PO errors and returns to suppliers.
Generate reports as agreed with Internal Service Team Lead

SAP experience preferable but not essential.
