Job Description
Responsibilities
HealthLinkNow is seeking a talented, patient-focused Care Navigator who will under the direction of the Clinical Manager, coordinate mental health services provided by HealthLinkNow (HLN), a telemedicine service provider throughout multiple states, and become proficient with all elements of the HealthLinkNow health technology systems including the Telemedicine system, electronic health record system, online billing and scheduling systems. Care Navigator will act as an advocate for patients and coordinate care between HLN psychiatrists, therapists and entities that refer the patients to HLN.

Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, efficient, able to meet deadlines, high attention to detail.
- Capacity to become proficient in use of all HLN health systems (EHR, videoconference, online cognitive behavioral therapy) and computer programs.
- Healthcare/mental healthcare experience is desired but not required.
- AA or Bachelor’s Degree is desired but not required.
- Proficiency in MS Word/Outlook, Excel, general computer skills.
- Understands and adheres to HIPAA compliance requirements.
