Overview:
Therapy Coordinator
HealthPRO Heritage at Home is currently seeking a full time Therapy Coordinator to join our team housed in Tulsa, OK. This position will assist with Scheduling/Staffing of our home health staff as well as communicating directly with our clients and field staff. Schedule is M-F, 700am-400pm. Starting pay will be $15.00 per hour. Must have experience in Microsoft Excel. Experience in Scheduling highly preferred.

HealthPRO Heritage at Home, LLC is a therapist owned company that specializes in providing temporary and permanent therapy services to home health agencies, hospitals, nursing homes, long-term care facilities, rehabilitation hospitals and outpatient clinics. Responsibilities:
Duties include, but are not limited to: scheduling therapy visits to therapy staff, coordinating with therapists and agency staff, customer service, answering telephone calls and emails, entering and verifying data in electronic medical systems and coordinating with the local rehab supervisor.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a fun, outgoing personality that will convey our eagerness to assist clients with the care of their patients; while at the same time, being able to communicate quickly and concisely. Experience in a home health office setting, with knowledge of staffing procedures and Medicare rules and regulations, is preferred. A two (2) year college degree or equivalent college hours preferred. The right candidate that possesses a quick learning curve with the ideal intelligence, personality, & computer savvy will be considered in lieu of college degree or experience. Must be an organized self-starter who is proficient with desktop and laptop computers running Windows operating system; Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox web browsers; Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) software; and cell phone texting applications.
