Healthwise Personnel Looking for Admin Assistant at Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand Full Time
Our client is looking for an Admin Assistant to help out with administration duties such as document management, filing, data entry, formatting documents and other Administrative adhoc duties.
This position will be to support and Executive Assistant in a Medical Centre in South Auckland, Onehunga. The position is fulltime for atleast 2 weeks and could be on-going. Monday – Friday 8:30am-5pm.
You will provide a high standard of care, attention to detail and professionalism as you will be providing administrative assistance handling personal information and confidential files.

- Comfortable working in a medical environment
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Come from an Administrative background and experience
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Computer literacy and skilled in MSWord, Excel (intermediate level), and Outlook
