Bedford Academy is looking to develop our supporting team of unqualified teachers that are primarily allocated to cover teachers that are absent from school. Many of these staff have in the past gone on to train to teach at our school, and become full time members of the school teaching and wider community. You will receive excellent support and guidance, with clear links and pathways to consider if you wish to become a qualified teacher.
