Hearth & Home Technologies is hiring for Full-Time temporary entry-level role(s) as a Machine Operator, in Randolph, VT. Job Requirements Include:

Our Machine Operators are responsible for making and finishing cast iron parts that are used to create Hearth & Home Technologies’ industry-leading fireplaces, stoves and hearth products, such as the iconic Vermont Castings brand. You’ll be performing drill and grind techniques, along with basic machine operation, set up, and cleaning.

Successful candidates will be able to read and perform basic math functions to determine production counts, work-in-process, and product specifications, follow written and pictorial standard work instructions, communicate clearly and effectively with others, use various hand tools and electronic and pneumatic tooling, and lift up to 50 lbs. Motivation and willingness to come to work every day and do the best job possible is a must! Must follow safety protocol.
