HEB Construction Ltd Looking for HR Coordinator – 12 Month Parental Leave Cover at Auckland CBD, Auckland Full Time

HEB Construction is a dynamic and innovative leader in the construction of New Zealand’s Infrastructure. We are involved with a variety of projects from road construction and maintenance through to earthworks, drainage, marine works, and major projects of national significance.

Our HR Coordinator will be heading off for 12 months parental leave and we are therefore looking to fill this busy role with a superstar who can support the day to day operations of our high performing HR team. You will be someone who can really multitask and manage different tasks and priorities whilst building good relationships with our current and prospective employees, our managers and supervisors as well as external suppliers.

This role reports to the National HR Manager and provides coordination support to two HR Business Partners from recruitment administration, induction and onboarding, new employee’s documentation, processing variations to maintaining databases and HR systems and processes. We aim to work together to increase efficiency in everything we do.

HEB continues to grow as we win more and more significant infrastructure projects across the country, we have hired over 400 people in 2022 year to date and we aren’t slowing down anytime soon! We continue to focus on recruitment and development of great talent. This role is key on managing our candidate experience from hiring to onboarding as it is the main point of contact for pre-employment queries and process.
