As a member of our family-owned business, you will manage the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns within the Asia Pacific Region to strengthen and elevate the Heinemann brand in the market. As a Marketing Specialist, you will

• purposefully plan, execute, supervise and project manage all marketing campaigns and initiatives including development of promotional materials and working together with other stakeholders to meet their specific market requirements.

• coordinate with Marketing teams across the Region to plan and execute annual activity planning for Heinemann’s Retail, Distribution and Cruise businesses.
• drive an effective social media strategy while managing budget effectively and achieving its performance indicators.

• compile, analyse and evaluate sales trends and outcomes of promotions, merchandising activities as well as competitor analysis and research, to support decision making and success within the Region.

• engage with the Graphic Design team to execute aspirational design and content for marketing collaterals required within the Region.
• build and maintain relationship with new and existing partners to identify potential collaboration opportunities while maintaining a professional and personalized approach.

What you should bring along

• a Degree in Marketing or any related discipline, with at least a two-year practical experience in Marketing and Social Media, preferably within the Retail or FMCG industry.
• excellent command of English and Mandarin language to support copywriting requirements.
• proficiency in using Microsoft Office such as Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook, Visio and Teams.
• a pronounced can-do mentality, complemented by the capability to multi-task and the flexibility to handle changing requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• strong communication and negotiation skills and the proven ability to build and sustain relationships.
• an independent team player driven by results, complemented by a keen eye for the latest market trends as well as attention to details.
