DUTIES AND SCOPE:

• Handle administrative requests and queries from Supervisors
• Process orders with accuracy
• Maintain daily timecard entries and submit weekly payroll
• Deliver and organize communication between office and production
• General clerical duties including photocopying and scanning
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
• Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
• Maintain office supply inventories
• Miscellaneous projects and duties as requested by Supervisors
• Cover receptionist duties such as daily visitors and distractions

“The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $49,000 and $55,000. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The role may also be eligible for bonus and benefits.”
