Patient Access Service Rep for Local Hospital $24/HOUR!

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Wage: $24

Schedule: 5X8

Job Description:

• Greets and arrives patients. Verifies and updates demographic information. Collects monies for copays, supplies, and services rendered. Balances daily cash collections. Obtains patient signatures. Assists patients with ancillary appointment scheduling and forms. Schedules, cancels, and reschedules patient appointments. Answers and directs telephone calls. All other duties as assigned.

Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of two years of prior experience as a receptionist/assistant or related field is required.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word.

**Must be up to date with COVID-19 Vaccinations and Boosters**
