Whakahaere kaupapa | Project management & client service (full time)
Wherever you are in your career, account executive, project manager, or account director, we want to hear from you. We’d love it if you had commercial and government experience but we’re flexible!
If you love all things advertising and marketing, you’ll love being part of our team. You’ll have the opportunity to work on clients and kaupapa that you believe in. You can make your mark quickly in our small team. And you’ll get to grow quickly.
If you’re collaborative, solution-focused, and keen to join Hemisphere, get in touch with Kaiwhakahaere Matua General Manager Jodi Macauley on [email protected]. Make sure you include a covering letter (or video) and CV.
Arapāho | Media strategy, planning & buying (part time or full time)
We’re looking for creative lateral thinkers with a passion for all things media. Ideally, you’ll have a couple of years agency experience under your belt.
We can offer a fun team who know their way around a spreadsheet, our communities and a quiz. You’ll get to learn from experts, work the hours that make sense to you, and contribute to the things that matter.
If you’re collaborative, solution-focused and keen to join Hemisphere Media, get in touch with Upoko Pāpāho me te Mōhiotanga Head of Media and Insight Katrina Richmond on [email protected]. Make sure you include a covering letter (or video) and CV.
Kaihoahoa Whakairoiro | Graphic Designer (contractor, part time or full time)
You’re as comfortable developing a brand for a kaupapa Māori organisation as you are creating promotional material for behaviour change campaigns. Your ability to produce mahi that resonates authentically with the diverse range of people within Aotearoa — especially our Māori and Pasifika communities is a must. You’ll also understand design across every medium and be hungry to make your mark.
You’ve probably got a couple of years design work under your belt and you’re looking to get your teeth into more. If you’re also digital savvy and equally at home with animations, video and website development then that’s a plus but not essential.
If you’re collaborative, solution-focused and keen to join Hemisphere, get in touch with Kaiārahi Auaha Creative Lead Sean Barker on [email protected]. Make sure you include your CV and a link to your portfolio.
Kaihoahoa Matihiko | Digital Designer (contractor, part time or full time)
Are you a digital design star who can produce a kick-ass animated video one minute, and the next build a website that not only looks great, but delivers an awesome user experience accessible for all? If so, then get in touch to tell us about your skills and show us your best examples.
You may have a few years under your belt, or maybe you’re recently finished studying and are ready to fly. If you’re also comfortable with graphic design and brand development, particularly within a kaupapa Māori environment then that’s a plus but not essential.
If you’re collaborative, solution-focused and keen to join Hemisphere, get in touch with Kaiārahi Auaha Creative Lead Sean Barker on [email protected]. Make sure you include your CV and a link to your portfolio.
Ringa waihanga pāhotanga | Content and copywriting — English and te reo Māori (contractor, part time or full time)
Do you want to be part of creating campaigns that win heads and hearts? Do you know your way around social media? Can you craft engaging content in English and te reo Māori?
We work across many kaupapa — from the ocean to the forests to health. If you’re as passionate about creating change and integrating mātauranga and reo Māori with great communications, then we want to hear from you.
You’ll work with our Poutaki Taura Tāngata, Mātānga Pae Pāpāho Pāpori and Kairuruku Pae Pāpāho Pāpori across some fantastic kaupapa. As well as being a critical part of our wider agency team.
If you’re collaborative, solution-focused, and keen to join Hemisphere, get in touch with Kaiwhakahaere Matua General Manager Jodi Macauley on [email protected]. Make sure you include a covering letter (or video) and CV.

Our past interns have all moved into permanent roles with us in project management, social media and media.
