Herbsmith Inc. is currently looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant (remote) to keep our headquarters running smoothly and efficiently. This is a great opportunity to assist us with a variety of diverse projects and also provide general administrative support. Our ideal Administrative Assistant will be able to adapt to performing a wide variety of tasks depending on the needs for the day.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and schedule appointments

• Manage staff appointments

• Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers

• Assist with the recruitment process

• Provide information by answering questions and requests

• Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.

• Write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff

• Reply to email, telephone, or face to face inquiries

• Resolve administrative problems

Skills and Requirements:

• Proven work experience in an office environment

• Detail-oriented

• Strong desire to take on new challenges

• Solid computer skills, including MS Office and Google Suite

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Good problem-solving abilities

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

• High school diploma required, college degree preferred
