Heritage Bank Hiring for Intelligent Automation Developer Job at Toowoomba, Australia Full Time

An opportunity to be a part of one of Australia’s best automation stories is now available. This role will be responsible for consulting with business units to design, deliver and support automated solutions that contribute to the ‘Capacity to Reinvest’ stream of Heritage’s Digital Transformation.

What you’ll be doing:

We’re looking for someone with RPA and workflow development experience who can work through the whole automation lifecycle, understanding business problems, training and implementing automated processes and supporting robotic operations monitoring. The successful candidate will be someone who is excited and motivated to assist the business in achieving business efficiencies whilst also improving the customer experience.

Responsibilities will include:

• Working with in-house business units to identify opportunities to implement automated processes
• Managing the automation lifecycle from initial design of the automation through to development, testing and deployment
• Automating multi‑step business processes that occur between any combination of people and systems using technologies such as RPA, Chatbots and Service Now
• Managing, maintaining and supporting Production environment

Core competency requirements:

• Hands-on development experience in RPA using UiPath, Blue Prism or Microsoft Power Automate
• Hands-on Service Now workflow developer experience
• Experience working with OCR solutions such as ABBYY/KOFAX
• Knowledge of Machine Learning, Cognitive/AI, ML and data analytics
• Experience working in an agile development team
