• As a steadily growing specialty contracting company, we are looking for a support oriented person to work with the sales and project management team to aid in the preparation and presentation of proposals to clients.

Are you personable and detail oriented?

• We aim to give our customers top notch service with a high level of professionalism. As the first person to speak to clients a warm personality with excellent note taking ability is imperative.

Job duties include:

• Discuss potential window projects over the phone with prospects.
• Manage our CRM and stay in touch with customers through the phone and email.
• Use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel to help organize, and create photo keys and our different proposal related documents.

Requirements/Needed Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be familiar with business email format and etiquette
• Must be fluent in English with excellent grammar
• Diligence in asking questions and taking accurate notes
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for data entry purposes
• Typing 45+ WMP and possessing other computer navigation skills
• Must be organized, detail oriented, and self-motivated
• High School Diploma or equivalent a Plus
• College Degree a Plus
• Prior Customer Service or Sales Experience a Plus
• Carpentry or Woodworking background a Plus

Pay: $18.10 – $21.00 per hour
